Our customer's satisfaction is imperative for our success.  We are committed to making your shopping experience on our site enjoyable, easy, and cost effective.

If the eyewear you purchased at Popular Peepers is not to your complete satisfaction, you may return it within 30 days of package receipt.  On receipt of your package, we will refund the purchase price less a charge of $10.00 which will cover our processing costs.  The following brands will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the cost of the returned frame instead of the $10.00 charge.  This charge covers the restocking fees, handling and shipping fees that Popular Peepers pays for returning the frames back to the manufacturers.

If you would like to return your shipment, we have a very simple process which must be followed.

1.  Contact us by email at customerservice@popularpeepers.com and tell us what you would like to return as well as why you would like to return it.  We will then issue a return authorization number for you to place on the front of your package.  Any package received without a return authorization number will not be processed.

2.  Send the package to us.  You have 30 days for us to receive it from the date you received the package from us.

3.  Remember, you must include all broken parts if you are sending back a broken frame.  We are required by our vendors to send all broken parts back to vendors in order to get credit so we must ask the same of our customers.  Failure to follow this process will result in credit not being issued.  Sorry!

We don't refund taxes, customs duties or other expenses, only the amount paid for the products purchased at Popular Peepers.


Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return or exchange (from the date we receive your package).
The price of the frame will be refunded if lenses were not (or attempted to be) installed.  The frame must be in resalable condition, free of any damage, and in the original packaging.  All items which came with the frame must be included.

If packages are received from us damaged in transit, we require the customer to contact us immediately so we can place a claim with the shipper.  If Popular Peepers is not notified about a damaged package within 5 business days, the claim will not be considered for reimbursement.
